9 Military Research Classes at #RootsTech 2018
Have an ancestor who served in the military? RootsTech 2018 offers nine workshops that will help us feel the presence of our service men and women, especially considering the 100 year anniversary of the end of World War I. Be sure to investigate the military ancestors on your tree and what you can learn from one of these classes:
CLASS RECOMMENDATION
One class that you're sure to enjoy is by my friend Nicole Dyer of Family Locket. She's puts so much enthusiasm and information in her presentations, you won't want to miss this presentation is you have Confederate ancestors.

EXPO HALL RECOMMENDATION
I'll admit I know nothing about this company, but you'll want to visit the Nivota booth in the Innovation Alley. Their mission is to give a voice to veterans by helping to preserve the history of military men and women and their service to the country. Caleb hopes to interview them for the Family History Fanatics YouTube channel as it's similar to his Eagle Scout Project focused on preserving histories of military personnel for the National Archive.

If you don't find a class during an hour that appeals to you, be prepared for mini-classes in the Expo Hall to fill the void. Stay tuned, and we'll keep this month of RootsTech madness going!!!
Be sure to stop by our booth in the Expo Hall to register for our draws, purchase one of our books, or just say hello to your fellow Fanatics! Stay tuned to our Meet & Greet schedule including many of your favorite genealogists!
